Build the game from a governed plan—not the latest prompt.

ARK keeps a long-running game project tied to its accepted direction as production spreads across sessions, tools, engine work, and AI-assisted development. It gives the project durable production state, a clear NEXT action, validation evidence, recovery and handoff support, and a controlled path toward accepted builds.

Astrolobe ARK 1.0.0 · Governed game-production system
Production failure

Production drift gets expensive before it gets obvious.

A long-running game can survive hundreds of local changes and still stop being the game you intended. ARK is built to keep direction, current production state, unresolved failures, and validation evidence durable while the implementation keeps moving.

Direction survives implementation

Accepted game direction stays with the project instead of being reinterpreted from the newest session or instruction.

Failed work stays visible

Validation and HOLD/PASS results keep unresolved conditions from being quietly mistaken for completed production.

Continuation stays actionable

NEXT gives the operator a clear production action tied to the current governed project state without requiring a fresh reconstruction of the whole project.

What ARK does in use

A simple operator surface over durable production control.

ARK keeps the operator oriented around four visible outcomes: continue the real project, stop when the work is not ready, prove when work passes, and carry the project forward into the next working context.

NEXT

Continue from current state

Surface a clear production action for the work that should move now.

HOLD

Stop unsupported progression

Keep a blocking condition visible when the project is not ready to advance.

PASS

Make completion reviewable

Record validated completion with evidence instead of treating a claim as proof.

HANDOFF

Resume without starting over

Carry current project state and evidence into another session, tool, or participant.

What you receive

A reusable ARK package for your own game projects.

The purchase is a production system for the named license holder—not a single-game template. Use it across unlimited user-owned projects under the Founding Individual License.

Setup

Project setup and onboarding

Guided material and reusable workflows for bringing a Godot or Unreal game project under ARK production control.

Production

Durable project-state workflows

Keep accepted direction, current work, unresolved failures, checkpoints, and evidence available to the project across long-running production.

Validation

Validation tooling

Windows and Python tooling for checking governed project state and the packaged production workflows used by the current release.

Godot

Validated Godot runtime path

Official stable Godot 4.6.x is the runtime-bound engine path included with ARK 1.0.0.

Unreal

Source-only Unreal adapter

An Unreal adapter is included as source. No included Unreal binary or packaged-runtime parity with the Godot path is claimed.

Recovery

Recovery and handoff support

Carry the governed project forward after interruption or into a new working context without relying on one conversation to preserve the production state.

Current release truth

ARK 1.0.0 says exactly where its support boundary is.

The Godot and Unreal claims are intentionally different. The current release also uses Windows-based setup and validation workflows.

Godot · runtime-bound

Validated governance-runtime path for official stable Godot 4.6.x.

Unreal · source-only

Adapter source is included. No Unreal binary, packaged-runtime validation, or runtime parity claim.

Windows · packaged workflow

Current setup and validation workflows use Windows PowerShell and Python.

Bounded claim: ARK governs production state and continuation. It does not guarantee a finished game, commercial success, or Unreal runtime parity.
