Terms
Terms of Sale and Website Use
These terms govern direct use of the Astrolobe website and direct purchases of Astrolobe Continuity and Astrolobe ARK. Last updated August 20, 2026.
Prices and checkout
Continuity and ARK are sold as one-time purchases at the price shown on the relevant product page. Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Applicable taxes, currency/payment details, and any payment-provider terms are presented at checkout.
License
A successful purchase grants the license stated on the relevant product page and in the delivered package. The current Founding Individual License is for one named human user, permits use across unlimited projects owned or controlled by that user and solo commercial project use, and does not grant redistribution, resale, sublicensing, shared team/studio use, managed-service use, or transfer rights unless Astrolobe agrees in writing.
Delivery and access
After verified payment, Stripe returns the purchaser to Astrolobe for private download delivery. Hosted download access is time-limited and is currently configured for approximately 30 days. Expiration of the hosted download link does not end the purchased major-version license. Contact support if legitimate access needs to be reissued.
Updates and support
The current individual product offer includes 12 months of updates and perpetual use of the purchased major version. Support covers product access, package integrity, published setup/operating guidance, and reasonable questions about the delivered package; it does not create an open-ended consulting, integration, development, or outcome obligation.
Product boundaries
Astrolobe products provide governed workflows, project-state continuity, validation and production support within their published scope. They do not guarantee correctness, completion, production readiness, compatibility outside published requirements, game quality, revenue, savings, ROI, or any other engineering or commercial outcome.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Astrolobe Refund Policy. A completed refund ends the refunded product license and may disable remaining hosted download access. Rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website, delivery service, or product access mechanisms to probe or bypass security controls, obtain another person's purchase or download, distribute access tokens, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, or interfere with service availability.
Service and liability boundary
The website and hosted delivery service may occasionally be unavailable or require maintenance. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astrolobe is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or products. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit Astrolobe to exclude.
Changes
Astrolobe may update website terms prospectively. A later website change does not retroactively reduce the perpetual major-version license or included update period already purchased. Material product or transaction terms presented at the time of purchase remain part of that purchase.
