This notice describes the information Astrolobe uses to operate this website, fulfill direct digital-product purchases, and provide support. Last updated August 20, 2026.
The current public storefront does not require an Astrolobe account and does not intentionally include third-party advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request metadata such as IP address, browser or user-agent information, timestamps, and requested URLs to deliver and protect the service.
Product checkout is hosted by Stripe. Stripe processes payment details and may collect billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under Stripe's own terms and privacy practices. Astrolobe does not receive or store full payment-card numbers in its product-delivery system.
To verify a paid purchase and deliver the correct archive, Astrolobe's current delivery service may store a Stripe checkout-session identifier, product and price identifiers, purchaser email when provided, a payment-intent reference, artifact SHA-256, a private download token, and creation/expiration timestamps. Current hosted entitlement records are configured to expire after approximately 31 days; business, tax, support, fraud, or legal records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary.
If you email Astrolobe, Astrolobe receives the information you choose to send and may retain the conversation as needed to answer the request, maintain transaction/support history, prevent abuse, or satisfy legal obligations. Do not send passwords, secret keys, or payment-card data by email.
Astrolobe uses information to operate and secure the site, process and verify purchases, deliver products, provide support and reissue access, maintain transaction records, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with applicable law.
Astrolobe does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that operate checkout, hosting, security, storage, email, or delivery functions; when required by law; or when reasonably necessary to protect Astrolobe, customers, or the service.
Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of personal information. Send privacy requests to support@astrolobe.com. Astrolobe may need to verify the request before acting.
The storefront and professional software products are not directed to children under 13. Astrolobe does not knowingly seek personal information from children through this storefront.
