Evidence and authority

Keep claims tied to proof and control.

Separate what is observed, accepted, authorized, or still unresolved so continuation does not depend on model confidence alone.

Lawful continuation

Advance from the accepted baseline.

Continue within explicit boundaries, preserve provenance, and keep the next legal step connected to the state it depends on.

The public specification is deliberately narrower than a product promise or a disclosure of proprietary architecture.

AI may assist a workflow; authority and accepted state remain governed independently of the model.

Foundations defines an engineering method and public boundary, not a universal performance result.
